The problem of Africa’s dependence on the West and the poor social situation of the people there is due to the fact that Africa is a cheap supplier of raw materials.
The only way that could change this situation is to set up more production facilities in Africa so that the raw materials can be processed there and more value can be added.
However, this would require greater cooperation between the African states, since the various raw materials have to be combined. The expansion of the energy supply and the infrastructure is also necessary.
Some states have already turned their backs on the West, but there is still a long way to go before Africa finally leaves the American sector.
